David Lusteaux is the CEO of NEWWMAN Hotels, a French native fluent in English, Spanish and Bahasa with over 15 years of experience in hotel sales, marketing and operations with a strong international background, coming from the service industry and having a proven strong sense of business. He graduated with a BS in Business Administration from University of Central Florida, USA and a BS in Mathematics from University of Paris France. David will lead NEWWMAN Hotels group to be one of the best hotel chains in Asia.

Sharman Selvarajah is the Executive Director and oversees the administration, financial management and investor and public relations of the company. He co-founded NEWWMAN Hotels with David Lusteaux and Cheong Wai Loong. He is an entrepreneur with extensive interest and experience in stock broking, trading, property, automotive and management solutions and services.

Cheong Wai Loong is the Director of New Projects for the company. Upon graduation from Melbourne, Australia in 1996, he started his career as an auditor with BDO Binder and was part of the team which audited Multinationals and Public Listed Cos. He started Linear Group in 2000 as an Interior Design firm which has now grown to include an architectural arm as well as a Landscape Architecture entity.
